Does the DAN-RX2 have any analog inputs?

No, the DAN-RX2 is only equipped with a Dante network input.

Will the level control for the headphones affect the XLR outputs?

No, the output level for the headphones is independent of the XLR outputs.

Will the DAN-RX2 work with Power over Ethernet (PoE), or do I need to connect an external power supply?

The DAN-RX2 will operate with Power over Ethernet. An external power adapter is included for use with networks that do not provide PoE.

Do I need to configure anything on the DAN-RX2 when connecting to a network?

No, the DAN-RX2 is plug-and-play. As soon as it is connected to the Dante network it will appear as a 2-channel output device.

Do I need to use special Ethernet switches to connect my Dante network?

No, Dante will work with any switch. Please refer to the Audinate Dante website for more information.

Does the DAN-RX2 support Dante Domain Manager (DDM)?

Yes, all of our current firmware updates for our DiNET transmitters and receivers will allow the devices to run on DDM. You can download the latest version of the firmware from our website here.
