Level

Sets the volume on each input channel. Unity gain is 12 o'clock.

1

3 Band EQ

Variable EQ for each input with bass, semi-parametric mid range, and high frequency boost/cut controls.

2

Filter

Three-position switch and variable control activates a notch filter for targeted frequency removal or a high-pass filter to remove excessive low end rumble.

3

FX Blend

Wet/Dry control allows you to mix the original 'dry' input sources with the 'wet' FX Loop.

4

FX Loop Assign

Selects whether guitar pedals in the FX Loop affect the signal on input A, input B, or Both.

5

Footswitch Assign

Used to set the Boost/FX Loop footswitch to activate the Boost, FX Loop, or both simultaneously.

6

Boost

Sets the amount of clean boost applied when the Boost circuit is active.

7

Toggle

Footswitch lets you select between input A and input B, with LEDs to indicate active input. This switch is bypassed when the rear panel switch is engaged.

8

Boost / FX Loop

Footswitch activates the built-in clean boost or the FX loop. Works in conjunction with the Footswitch Assign three-position switch.

9

Mute - Footswitch

Turns off all outputs except for the Tuner Out. Used for silent on-stage tuning or instrument changeovers.

Input-A

1/4" TS instrument input for channel A of the PZ-Pro.

1

Input-B

1/4" TS instrument input for channel B of the PZ-Pro. This input is deactivated when the MIC ON switch is engaged.

2

180°

Polarity reverse switch for input B helps to correct for phase issues when summing both inputs together. This switch also affects the microphone input on channel B.

3

A/B

Sums input A and input B together after their respective EQ sections. Engaging this switch activates both inputs simultaneously and disables the Toggle footswitch on the PZ-Pro.

4

48V

Activates phantom power at the Mic Input B for powering condenser microphones.

5

Mic On

Activates the XLR Mic Input B, disengaging the 1/4" instrument input on channel B.

6

Mic Input-B

XLR input for connection to a microphone to feed channel B of the PZ-Pro. Compatible with both condenser and dynamic microphones.

7

Tuner Out

1/4" TS buffered output for connection to a tuner pedal. This output will always be active, even when the Mute footswitch is engaged on the PZ-Pro, allowing for tuning at any time.

8

Amp Out

1/4" TS instrument-level output to feed an on-stage amplifier. Amp out signals include all EQ settings, along with the FX loop and Boost functions.

9

FX Send & Receive

1/4" TS instrument jacks for connecting external effects pedals to the PZ-Pro. Activated by the Boost/FX Loop footswitch.

10

PRE EQ Output

Balanced XLR direct box output to feed a mic-level signal to the PA or a recording interface. Pre EQ Output is not affected by EQ settings or FX/Boost functions.

11

180°

Reverses the polarity of the Pre EQ Output to help eliminate feedback on stage or correct for phase issues when summing the DI output with a mic'd up stage amplifier.

12

Lift

Disconnects pin-1 at the Pre EQ XLR Output to help eliminate hum and buzz from ground loops.

13

POST EQ Output

Balanced XLR direct box output to feed a mic-level signal to the PA or a recording interface. Post EQ Output is affected by the EQ and FX/Boost functions.

14

180°

Reverses the polarity of the Post EQ Output to help eliminate feedback on stage or correct for phase issues when summing the DI output with a mic'd up stage amplifier.

15

Lift

Disconnects pin-1 at the Post EQ XLR Output to help eliminate hum and buzz from ground loops.

16

15VDC

Connection for Radial 15VDC/400mA power supply (included).

17

Cable Clamp

prevents accidental power disconnection by locking down the cable for the PSU.
